The Miami Beach Bar Association's "Holding Court" CLE (1 General and .5 Ethics) with Judge Stephanie Silver will take place on September 11, 2024 (via Zoom) at 12:00 PM.

Judge Silver will provide judicial insights, discuss best practices, practice preferences, practicing before the County Courts of Miami-Dade County, the July 4, 2024 Supreme Court opinion, and HB 621, the "Squatter Bill."

"Holding Court" will be moderated by attorneys Aaron Resnick, Judd Rosen, and Michael Gongora.
